Create a campaign to encourage NHS staff to engage with patients at every level. Supporting and advising Londoners on services that could help improve their health and well-being.
Power to the people.
We were all too aware that the campaign had to cut through and connect with a workforce that is already under immense pressure. It was vital that the tone of voice felt supportive and encouraging – helping staff understand the importance of MECC without adding stress to their already busy days.
We started by exploring different aspects of the campaign, from caring about the community and city in which you live and work, to encouraging general conversation and interaction between staff and patients.
POWER TO THE PEOPLE
The final concept focussed on galvanising the workforce. Bringing the workforce together to create a healthier London for everyone.
BRINGING THE CAMPAIGN TO LIFE
We created a suite of relatable illustrated characters created to enhance the friendly approachable tone of voice, whilst the collateral encouraged conversation and interaction, backed up by informative graphics that showcased how making small changes could really make a difference to Londoners lives.
“Working with White Rabbit has been an absolute pleasure. The team pay attention to your brief and listen hard to your requirements, they research your subject area and respond with creativity and intelligence, adding value with their ideas. They are responsive, friendly and accommodating.”
