Our task:

To create a stand-out tertiary brand proposition for a range of Mexican ready meals, bringing familiar street food inspired flavours to a younger audience.

Our approach:

Taking inspiration from Mexican poster art, the designs centred around a bold typographic style and dynamic colour palette to disrupt retailer shelves dominated by muted tones and photography. A funky sugar skull illustration combined with eclectic typography gives a vivid street food vibe. Quality reassurance was provided by food photography, shot against contrasting variant colours to enhance stand out on side of pack. The playful brand name, translating to ‘crazy bar’ reflects the food’s full-on flavour and vibrant spirit.
