Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy

White Rabbit

1. Policy Statement

1.1 Modern slavery is a crime and a violation of fundamental human rights. It includes slavery, servitude, forced and compulsory labour and human trafficking, all of which involve the exploitation of individuals for personal or commercial gain.

White Rabbit operates a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery. We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships and to implementing appropriate and proportionate controls to ensure modern slavery is not taking place within our business or supply chains.

1.2 We are committed to transparency in our operations and in our approach to tackling modern slavery, consistent with our obligations under the Modern Slavery Act 2015. We expect the same standards from our suppliers, contractors and business partners, and seek to work with those who share our commitment to ethical practices.

1.3 This policy applies to all individuals working for or on behalf of White Rabbit, including employees, directors, contractors, consultants and business partners.

1.4 This policy does not form part of any contract of employment and may be updated periodically.

2. Responsibility

2.1 Overall responsibility for this policy sits with the Directors, who ensure it reflects our legal and ethical obligations.

2.2 Day-to-day responsibility for implementation and oversight sits with the Managing Director.

2.3 Given the size of our business, all team members share responsibility for upholding this policy and identifying any concerns.
