To bring to life the NHS’ “Make Every Contact Count” campaign, encouraging NHS staff to engage with patients in London, at every opportunity, to help improve their health and well being.
It was important that the message of the campaign had cut-through to connect with a workforce that is already under immense pressure. We chose a tone of voice that felt supporting and encouraging and used graphics to communicate the message simply and clearly across printed and digital assets.
