Working with the NHS, our task was to create a campaign for London NHS staff, encouraging them to improve patient health at every opportunity.
The message behind ‘Make Every Contact Count’ had to cut-through the mass of other directives, to connect with a workforce already under immense pressure.
We chose a tone of voice that felt supportive and encouraging and used graphics to simplify the communication across printed and digital assets.
